  • Cauliflower: 5-6 small florets
  • Paneer: 5-6 cubes
  • Baby corn: 3 (slash diagonally)
  • Potato: 1 medium (slash in wedges)

For batter:

  • All purpose flour: 5 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour: 4 tbsp
  • Papper pwd: 1/8 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Capsicum: 2-3 tbsp( thinly chopped)
  • Green chilli: 2-3(thinly chopped)
  • Red chilli sauce: 1 tsp
  • Pepper pwd: pinch
  • Onion: 1 small(thinly chopped)
  • Garlic: 2-3 tbsp (thinly minced)
  • Soya sauce: 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

  1. It is the best healthy recipes and easy recipes to cook. Wash & blanch all the veggies. Exhaust out & keep aside.
  2. In a basin, combine all purpose flour, salt, cornflower, red chilli sauce, water and pepper pwd to make a fat and smooth batter.
  3. Mix the veggies, paneer & corn flour batter. Combine well so that the entire veggies and paneer are fine coated through batter.
  4. Warm oil in pan & deep fry all the veggies & paneer in divide batch on low to average heat till it’s almost completed.
  5. When veggies are roughly done then augment the flame & fry them till it twists golden brown & keep aside.
  6. Heat up oil in a large wok & add the sliced garlic & stir fry for a few seconds. Include the green chilli & stir fry on lofty for a few seconds.
  7. Include the chopped onions & capsicum. Fry on lofty for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Include soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and pepper pwd. Combine well & cook for minutes.
  9. Combine 1 tbsp cornflower with 4 tbsp cup water & add to above sauce & cook for a min.
  10. Include the fried veggies & mix well.
  11. Serve up hot.
