¼ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 egg
6 tbsp. butter
2 cups beef broth
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

• This is easy recipes to cook. About medium sized bowl mix ground beef, parsley, panko, allspice, onion, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & egg. Mix up until combined.
• Roll about 11 large meatballs otherwise 20 little meatballs. In a big skillet heat olive oil & 2 tablespoon butter. Include the meatballs & cook turning constantly until brown on every side & cooked throughout. Move to a plate & cover through foil.
• Include butter 4 tablespoons & flour to skillet & whisk until it brown. Little by little stir in beef broth & heavy cream. Include worchestershire sauce & dijon mustard & bring to a boil until sauce begins to thicken. Pepper and salt to taste.
• Include the created meatballs back to the skillet & boil for another 2-5 minutes. Serve it over egg noodles otherwise rice.
