  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Coriander leaves for decorating
  • Carrots 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves (chopped) 2
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 10
  • Black cardamoms 2
  • Salt to taste

  1. It is very easy recipes to cook. Boil carrots & cut green chillies from the center.
