Ingredients:

  • Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • French beans, incise into 1 inch pieces 8-10
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 7-8 cloves
  • Cinnamon 1 inch stick
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Fenugreek powder 2 tsps
  • Fresh coriander leaves, sliced 2 tablespoon
  • Carrot slice into 1 inch pieces
  • Cauliflower, divided into florets1/4 small
  • Clean button mushrooms, quartered 5-6
  • Ginger, around chopped1 1/2 inch piece
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsps
  • Tomato puree 1 1/2 cups
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

Boil carrot & corn in 2-3 cups water for 4 minutes. Grind ginger, green cardamoms, garlic and cinnamon through 2 tbsps water keen on a fine paste. Include cauliflower florets, mushrooms, beans, ground paste, red chilli powder & salt to the hot vegetables & mix well & let the vegetables steam.

Include tomato puree & 2 tbsps butter & mix. Include green peas, honey & kasoori methi & mix well. Include garam masala powder & coriander leaves & mix well. Lower warm and include cream. Serve decorated with 1 tbsp butter. It is also famous as healthy easy dinner recipes.
