- Diced cauliflower – 2 cups
- String beans (1″ pieces) – ½ cup
- Diced broccoli – ½ cup
- Red peppers (1″ pieces) – ½ cup
- Chopped onion – ½ cup
- Green chili – 5 to 6
- Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice – 2 tablespoons
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon

- Clean & dry all the vegetables carefully.
- Marinate the potatoes & cauliflower with a slight bit of salt.
- Warm oil in a pan & fry the potatoes & cauliflower lightly.
- Stay aside.
- Utilize the same heated oil to stir fry the onions & cumin.
- Mix in the ginger & garlic & fry for 1 minute.
