Ingredients:

  • Carrots (1″ cubes) – ¼ cup
  • Potatoes (1″ cubes) – ½ cup
  • Sweet peas – ½ cup
  • Whole cumin – 1 tablespoon
  • Green peppers (1″ pieces) – ½ cup
  • Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Plain yogurt – 3 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – as needed
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Diced cauliflower – 2 cups
  • String beans (1″ pieces) – ½ cup
  • Diced broccoli – ½ cup
  • Red peppers (1″ pieces) – ½ cup
  • Chopped onion – ½ cup
  • Green chili – 5 to 6
  • Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Cooking recipe of This Vegetarian Recipes :

  1. Clean & dry all the vegetables carefully.
  1. Marinate the potatoes & cauliflower with a slight bit of salt.
  2. Warm oil in a pan & fry the potatoes & cauliflower lightly.
  3. Stay aside.
  4. Utilize the same heated oil to stir fry the onions & cumin.
  5. Mix in the ginger & garlic & fry for 1 minute.
  6. Include the string beans & carrots.
  7. Mix in the chili powder, black pepper, coriander and salt with a slight bit of water.
  8. Include the red & green peppers & broccoli. Fry them for regarding 2 minutes.
  9. Combine in the potatoes & cauliflower.
  10. Stay covered over low warm for 5-6 minutes.
  11. Divide the yogurt with 1 tbsp of water & pour into the vegetables.
  12. Include the tomato sauce, green chili, lime juice and mix gently.
  13. Include some extra water if the vegetables are not smooth and tender.
